Report from extraordinary general meeting in Cimco Marine AB

At the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in Cimco Marine AB (publ) (the “Company”) on 9 January 2020, it was resolved to change the Company’s business name to OXE Marine AB by a corresponding adjustment of the articles of association.

The resolution was made in accordance with the proposal which has been held available before the general meeting. The complete proposal is published on the Company’s website www.oxe-diesel.com.
