Change in number of shares and votes in PA Resources AB

In September 2013 PA Resources completed a fully subscribed rights issue encompassing 84,875,994 new shares which were registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office in mid- September. As per 30 September 2013 the share capital amounts to SEK 1,414,599,900 divided into 113,167,992 shares in total, with one vote each.
