Harry Metal Ou invests in modern PEMA production automation solution
Estonian contract manufacturing company Harry Metal Ou has placed an order for an automated PEMA welding solution. The delivery includes PEMA Robot Welding Station with two Welding Positioners for bucket manufacturing and big customer projects.
Pemamek has received an order from Estonian Harry Metal Ou. The order includes an automated PEMA Robot Welding Station and PEMA Skyhook PRO positioners. Significant investment in a modern automated welding production solution is part of Harry Metal’s future strategy for developing their products and aims to be strong and competitive in growing and highly competed markets.

This remarkable investment in the PEMA solution brings significant improvements and efficiency to Harry Metal’s demanding heavy manufacturing process. The station’s automated technology reduces manual work, producing a high-quality final product. The solution optimizes welding processes increasing the production capacity.

As a part of the investment, Pemamek provides support for both, the search of welding parameters and the station's lifecycle services. The investment covers a maintenance contract that includes annual maintenance, updates, and Robotic helpdesk- remote support. Additionally, Pemamek delivers production support, training, and installation supervising, tailored to Harry Metal's needs.
