Pemamek strengthens its North American presence by joining forces with Mach Machines

Pemamek has acquired the business operations of Mach Machines, strengthening its local organization in North America and expanding its capabilities in robotic welding automation.
Mach Machines is a fast-growing robotics company specializing in robotic welding automation. The company's strong relationship with Yaskawa and deep expertise in robotic welding solutions make it a natural fit for Pemamek's long-term vision of delivering industry-leading automation solutions to customers worldwide.

As part of the transaction, the combined operation will relocate to a larger facility in Blue Ash, Ohio.
