Changes in Pihlajalinna's Management Team and its structure
Pihlajalinna Plc is reforming the structure of its Management Team as part of its restructuring process. The tasks of some of the Management Team members will also change. The company will terminate its Extended Management Team. The Management Team appointments will enter into effect on 14 March 2018.
Pihlajalinna's Board of Directors has appointed the following new members as part of the Group's Management Team:
Minna Elomaa, Head of Business Operations, Southern Finland. Elomaa has worked as the Head of Business Operations of Pihlajalinna's private clinics. She has worked for Pihlajalinna since 2017.
Tero Järvinen, Head of Business Operations, Ostrobothnia. Järvinen has worked as the CEO of Pihlajalinna's subsidiary Kuusiolinna Terveys. He has worked for Pihlajalinna since 2016.
Teija Kulmala, Head of Business Operations, Mid-Finland. Kulmala has worked as the Regional Director of Pihlajalinna's Pirkanmaa private clinics and as the CEO of Jämsän Terveys and Jokilaakson Terveys. She has worked for Pihlajalinna since 2016.
Siri Markula, Head of Communications and IR. Markula has been a member of Pihlajalinna's Extended Management Team and worked for the company since 2016.
Perttu Monthan, CDO. Monthan has been a member of Pihlajalinna's Extended Management Team and worked for the company since 2017.
Sanna Määttänen, Head of Service and Product Development. Määttänen has worked as the Head of Business Operations of the Primary and Social Care segment's Other Business Operations service area. She has worked for the company since 2012.
Pauli Waroma, CMO. Waroma has been a member of Pihlajalinna's Extended Management Team and worked for the company since 2017.
The following members will continue to work as part of the Management Team:

Pauliina Rannikko, Head of HR and General Counsel
Ville Lehtonen, CFO
Pihlajalinna will begin to look for a sales manager for the Group. The sales manager will be in charge of the Northern Finland business area. The position is new, and the company will aim to fill the position as soon as possible. The Group's sales manager will become a member of Pihlajalinna's Management Team.
Executive Vice President Juha Rautio, who has also been in charge of the Group's projects and has worked as a member of the Management Team, has been appointed as Head of Strategic Projects. He will report to the Group's CEO. The Group will not appoint a new deputy CEO.
Kimmo Saarinen will continue as the Group's Medical Director. He will report to the Group's CEO.
