Pihlajalinna has published the 2020 Annual Report, Remuneration Report and Corporate Governance Statement
Pihlajalinna’s Annual Report for 2020 has been published on the company’s website at the address investors.pihlajalinna.fi. The Annual Report contains the financial statements, Board of Director’s annual report, and auditor’s report.
Additionally, Pihlajalinna has published a Renumeration Report, Corporate Governance Statement and Statement of non-financial information. These are available on the company’s website at the address investors.pihlajalinna.fi/corporate-governance. The reports have been compiled in accordance with the management code of Finnish listed companies.
The financial statements documents are published for the first time as a xHTML file, in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting standards. The financial statements calculations are marked with the iXBRL tags. Concerning the ESEF financial statements compiled by Pihlajalinna, the audit firm KPMG Oy has delivered an independent verification report that provides reasonable assurance. The assurance engagement has been performed in accordance with the international assurance engagement standard ISAE 3000 (revised).
