Plejd’s Nomination Committee proposes Martin Gren as new Board member

The Nomination Committee of Plejd AB (“Plejd”) has decided to propose Martin Gren as a new member of the Board of Directors of Plejd at the Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2026. Martin Gren founded Axis AB in 1984 and remains active in the company as Vice Chairman of the Board. Martin has followed Plejd for many years and is expected to bring valuable expertise and experience to the Board. Martin Gren is also one of Plejd’s larger shareholders through his company Grenspecialisten.

The Nomination Committee further proposes that, in all other respects, the Board of Directors shall consist of the current Chair of the Board, Ylwa Karlgren, and the directors Erik Calissendorff, Nico Jonkers and Halldóra von Koenigsegg. Anders Persson and Magnus Zederfeldt have declined re-election. The Board would like to thank them for their valuable contributions in recent years.
