Plejd’s Nomination Committee proposes Martin Gren as new Board member

The Nomination Committee of Plejd AB (“Plejd”) has decided to propose Martin Gren as a new member of the Board of Directors of Plejd at the Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2026. Plejd launches dimmable smart plug and commercial LED panel at Elfack 2025

At the Elfack trade fair in Gothenburg on May 6–9, 2025, the company will present two new products: the dimmable smart plug SPD-01 and the LED Panel LPN-01.LPN-01 is a luminaire designed for offices and commercial use and is part of the company’s initiative to expand its offering within the commercial segment. SPD-01 will launch at the end of the second quarter of 2025, and the LPN-01 is planned to be launched at the end of the fourth quarter of 2025.

New collaboration between Plejd and Verisure

Plejd has entered into a partnership with Sweden’s leading alarm company, Verisure. The partnership enables an integration that connects Plejd’s smart lighting solutions with Verisure’s alarm system.Through the integration, users can automate their lighting based on the status of their alarm system, for example, turning off all lights when the alarm is activated and switching on selected lights when the alarm is deactivated. This functionality enhances convenience and helps create a smarter, safer home environment. The integration will be available to Verisure customers in Sweden

The Board of Directors Decides to Evaluate a Listing Transfer to Nasdaq Stockholm’s Main Market

The Board of Directors has decided to evaluate the possibility of transferring the Company’s listing from Spotlight Stock Market to Nasdaq Stockholm’s Main Market. A listing on Nasdaq Stockholm’s Main Market is considered a natural next step in the Company’s development and is expected to broaden the shareholder base, increase interest from institutional investors, and improve the liquidity of the share. The listing transfer is preliminarily planned to be completed before or during the fourth quarter of 2026.
