The Board of Directors Decides to Evaluate a Listing Transfer to Nasdaq Stockholm’s Main Market

The Board of Directors has decided to evaluate the possibility of transferring the Company’s listing from Spotlight Stock Market to Nasdaq Stockholm’s Main Market. A listing on Nasdaq Stockholm’s Main Market is considered a natural next step in the Company’s development and is expected to broaden the shareholder base, increase interest from institutional investors, and improve the liquidity of the share. The listing transfer is preliminarily planned to be completed before or during the fourth quarter of 2026.
