An Extraordinary General Meeting of Pomegranate Investment AB (publ) (the “Company”) was held in Stockholm on 18 July 2025, at which the following principal resolution was adopted. The General Meeting resolved, in accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors, to delete the record-day provision in § 6 of the Company’s Articles of Association. As a consequence, the Company will cease to be a CSD-registered company and will instead become a coupon company (Sw. kupongbolag), which means that the Company’s shares will be deregistered from Euroclear Sweden AB and the ISIN cancelled.
