CHANGE IN THE OPERATIVE MANAGEMENT OF PONSSE PLC                                

Juhani Mäkynen, Master of Science in Technology, Service Director and member of 
the Management Team at Ponsse Plc since 2007, will join a new employer as of 3  
May 2010. His successor will be released later.                                 

Starting from 3 May 2010, Sales and Marketing Director Jarmo Vidgrén will be    
responsible for the company's service operations until further notice.
