Split (1:2) of Ponsse Oyj’s shares will be valid in the 
Helsinki Stock Exchange’s SAXESS system as of 29 March 2006. 

The splitted shares will be traded on the Helsinki Stock 
Exchange as of 29 March 2006.

There will be no After market trading II with the shares of 
Ponsse Oyj on Wednesday morning 29 March 2006.
