Ponsse calls its personnel to cooperation negotiations
Ponsse is in the process of adjusting its operations to the weakened market situation and demand and has called its personnel to cooperation negotiations. The negotiations commencing today will concern the adjustment of the company's operations by way of possible temporary lay-offs, of a maximum length of 90 days. The negotiations will not involve discussions related to redundancies.
The negotiations involve all personnel groups and company operations, apart from sales and maintenance services. The negotiations concern a maximum of 300 workers and 200 office workers in Finland.
Ponsse employs a total of 629 people in Finland. The entire Group has 989 employees.
