Ponsse Plc's financial reporting schedule in 2011                               

Ponsse Plc will publish the following financial reports in 2011 as follows:     

Financial statements 2010 release:	15 February 2011                             
Interim report Q1, January-March:	26 April 2011                                 
Interim report Q2, January-June:	9 August 2011                                  
Interim report Q3, January-September:   25 October 2011 

The Annual Report for 2010 will be published online at www.ponsse.com during the
week starting on March 21, 2011.The printed Annual Report 2010 will be mailed to
shareholders who have ordered it during the week starting on 28 March 2011.     

Ponsse Plc´s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held in Vieremä on 12 April
2011. Ponsse's Board of Directors will summon the Meeting at a later date.
                                                                              
All financial reports will be published in Finnish and in English.              

Ponsse observes a silent period of 14 days prior to the announcement of         
financial results.
