Ponsse’s financial reporting in 2021

Ponsse Plc will publish the following financial reports during 2021:

16 February 2021 – Financial statements release 2020
20 April 2021 – Interim report (Q1), January–March 2021
10 August 2021 – Half-year report, January–June 2021
26 October 2021 – Interim report (Q3), January–September 2021

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held in Vieremä on 7 April 2021. Ponsse Plc’s Board of Directors will issue a separate notice of the Annual General Meeting later. The 2020 Annual Report will be published on the company’s website during week 11 (the week starting on 15 March 2021).

All financial reports of the company will be published in Finnish and English.

Ponsse maintains a silent period, which begins at the end of each reporting quarter and ends following the publication of the results for the quarter or financial period in question.
