PONSSE´S FINANCIAL REPORTING SCHEDULE IN 2004

Ponsse Group will publish its financial statements of the year
2003 on 12 February 2004 and its annual report during week
11/2004. Ponsse´s Annual General Meeting will be held on 16 March
2004 in Iisalmi.

Ponsse will publish three interim reports in 2004:

The first quarter on 23 April 2004.
The second quarter on 16 July 2004.
The third quarter on 22 October 2004.
