PONSSE´S FINANCIAL REPORTING SCHEDULE IN 2005

Ponsse Group will publish its financial statements of the year
2004 on 11 February 2005 at 9.00 A.M. and its annual report during week
10/2005. Ponsse´s Annual General Meeting will be held on 15 March
2005 in Iisalmi.

Ponsse will publish three interim reports in 2005:

The first quarter on 20 April 2005 at 9.00 A.M.
The second quarter on 20 July 2005 at 9.00 A.M.
The third quarter on 19 October 2005 at 9.00 A.M.
