Ponsse wins orders from China
                                           
Ponsse has agreed with Stora Enso China to deliver PONSSE forest machines to    
China. The deal concerns harvesters and forwarders, as well as services and     
training relating to the use of the products. The companies have agreed on      
long-term co-operation in order to mechanize the harvesting in Stora Enso´s     
eucalyptus plantations in Southern China. 
                                      
"For our company, this co-operation
agreement is a significant opening in the Asian market where large-scale        
investments in wood processing industry have been made. These investments will  
continue in the future", says Arto Tiitinen, President and CEO of Ponsse
