PostNord Strålfors and Unifiedpost are in ongoing negotiations regarding a potential acquisition of 21grams

The Nordic Communication solution provider, PostNord Strålfors, is in negotiations with Unifiedpost Group SA (Euronext Brussels: UPG,) a leading provider of integrated business communication solutions, regarding a potential acquisition of 21grams.

Evaluation of potential acquisitions of companies that can further strengthen PostNord Stålfors´ offering and position is part of our strategic efforts, and currently, we are in advanced and exclusive negotiations to acquire 21grams from Unifiedpost.

Until the negotiations are finalized, we cannot provide any further information at this time. If the negotiations result in an agreement on acquisition, the deal will be subject to regulatory approval.
