PostNord TPL expands and extends the agreement with Bauhaus
PostNord TPL has extended and expanded its collaboration with Bauhaus, one of Northern Europe's leading players in the DIY and gardening industry.
Since 2007, PostNord TPL has been Bauhaus' logistics partner with the task of developing the supply chain solution and warehouse management to supply the department stores with articles and proactively work to streamline the filling rate. PostNord TPL is also responsible for the transports, which, with a particular focus on finding sustainable and efficient solutions, meet both Bauhaus and TPL's high sustainability requirements.
- As Bauhaus' logistics partner, we are dedicated to offering complex logistics solutions that effectively support their extensive operations. The extended agreement marks continued growth for our partnership and confirms our commitment to deliver high-quality logistics solutions and services that contribute to Bauhaus' continued success, says Daniel Eriksson, Regional Manager PostNord TPL, Region East.
The agreement is historically the largest that TPL and Bauhaus have made. It extends over 5 years and means that Bauhaus will integrate its web and department store operations into a comprehensive solution, where all logistics are handled from one place.
- PostNord TPL has been an important strategic partner in the work to create even more efficient processes and cost-effective solutions. The assignment reflects both PostNord TPL's ability to adapt to changing needs and Bauhaus' pursuit of efficiency and sustainability in its operations, says Anders Sundström, Logistics Manager Bauhaus.
