Prisma Properties signs long lease agreement with Dollarstore in Växjö

On September the 27th, Prisma Properties (publ) signed a 10-year lease agreement with Dollarstore in Växjö, Sweden. The lease covers a store of 3,890 square meters, where Dollarstore will take over from the previous tenant, XXL.

Dollarstore will relocate from its current store in Växjö to Prisma’s retail park in Samarkand. The new store is planned to open in March 2025.

The fact that Dollarstore is taking over the entire space immediately after XXL underscores the attractiveness of our retail park. This lease also contributes to maintaining our high occupancy rate and ensuring a long WAULT, says Thomas Hansen, CDO Sweden, Prisma Properties.
