Property developer Prisma Properties appoints board with broad experience
At an extraordinary general meeting, it was resolved that Prisma Properties' Board of Directors shall consist of Simon de Château as Chairman and Kristina Alvendal, Jacob Annehed, Anna-Greta Sjoberg and Caroline Tivéus as members. Prisma Properties is a leading developer of properties for discount stores, grocery stores and fast-food restaurants.
Simon de Château is a partner and chairman of Alma Property Partners, which he founded in 2014. Simon is also a board member of NCC and Atrium Ljungberg and has previously been CEO of Sveafastigheter for ten years until 2013.

Kristina Alvendal is a lawyer, former City Planning and Real Estate Commissioner of the City of Stockholm and active in strategic property development and as a board member. Kristna is a board member of, among others, the real estate company Intea, the real estate advisor Svefa and Danske Hypotek AB.
Jacob Annehed is partner and CFO at Alma Property Partners, which is the principal owner of Prisma Properties, and has previously been, among other things, CFO of NREP.
Anna-Greta Sjoberg has a background as CEO, CFO and other leading positions in, among other things, the finance and real estate industry. Anna-Greta is Chairman of the Board of Marginalen Bank and has a history as a long-term board member of, among others, Hufvudstaden, Tryggstiftelsen and LKAB.
Caroline Tivéus has been Head of Sustainability since 2018 and is a member of Pandox's management team and has a past in investor relations and marketing from Com Hem, Avanza Bank and Nordnet.
