In recent years, the IT department at housing corporation Haag Wonen has done everything it can to facilitate an important transition from an operational IT management model to a more service-oriented, agile way of working.
With only a small, dedicated IT team and a large number of operational tasks to complete every day, it was clear that Haag Wonen needed to find an alternative route to deliver IT services. “We were extremely busy keeping the current situation intact, instead of focusing on strategy and future developments,” says ICT Manager Jasper Wever.
