Per-Arne Lundberg is appointed CEO and President of ProAct IT Group AB Per-Arne Lundberg has with immediate effect been appointed CEO and President of ProAct IT Group AB by the board of directors. Per-Arne Lundberg, 44, has been with the company as vice CEO since the summer of 1999 and has around 15 years of experience in management positions in the Nordic and European IT sectors. Henrik Holm, founder and former CEO, will continue to work closely with the company in the role of executive chairman. In addition to lead the board activities Henrik Holm will actively participate in work on business development, acquisitions and the company's contacts with the financial market. The current chairman, Dag Sehlin, will continue as a board member. Since ProAct was founded in 1994, the company has focused its activities with a clear mission and now has more than 700 customers in the Nordic countries in the field of secure infrastructure. During the last five years the company's turnover has grown by an average of more than 80% p.a, with a positive result every year. The company has operations in 14 different locations in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, with a total of around 250 employees and a turnover of 670 MSEK in 2000. The company has developed from its entrepreneurial phase to become a well established IT company quoted on the Stockholm stock exchange with fast, profitable and controlled growth.
