Proact chosen as “NetApp Partner of the year” and “NetApp Visionary Partner of the year” 2011
The Netherlands – NetApp announced that Proact is its “NetApp Partner of the year” and “NetApp Visionary Partner of the year” in 2011. The channel partners watched with anticipation as the awards were handed out at the NetApp Channel Kick-off FY12 on May 26 in Naarden.
A great deal of shared successes with different customers in the various market sectors lay behind the winning of the “NetApp Partner of the year” award. In addition, there is a steady shift by some partners who are storage vendors to provide storage via the cloud. Databasement, founded in 2002 and acquired by the Proact Group this year, is one of the pioneers in delivering managed cloud services using NetApp as the storage foundation. Proact’s expertise and vision as well as the confidence in and future potential of NetApp in providing managed cloud services were the key to winning the Visionary Award.
