ProAct IT Group AB expands in Norway - starts company for network and security consultancy ProAct NetWorking AS is strengthening ProAct's position as an integrator in the field of infrastructure for mission-critical information. The Norwegian company ProAct NetWorking AS is the latest addition to the ProAct Group. The new company's "opposite numbers" are the Swedish company ProAct NetWorking AB - which began its activities in Sweden in February 1999 - and the Finnish company ProAct NetWorking OY, which was established following a corporate acquisition earlier this year. Infrastructure - an integrated solution Security, networks and data warehousing are three central elements within the field of "Infrastructure for mission-critical information", which, with more than 700 customers in the Nordic region, constitutes ProAct's primary focus area. Current development trends are leading more and more customers to look for a partner that masters all areas of infrastructure. "The establishment of ProAct NetWorking in Norway is a natural extension of our initiatives within the rapidly expanding areas of security and advanced networks.
