Proact receives multiple partner awards from Dell Technologies

Dell Technologies selected Proact, Europe’s leading independent data centre and cloud services provider, as the winner for the categories of both Customer Experience in Finland and Excellence in Data Center Sales in Sweden during the Dell Technologies Partner Awards 2021. The awards confirm Proact’s leading position in the Central and Northern European market for data management and customer service.

The prizes were bestowed during the Dell Technologies Partner Awards 2021 for Central and Northern Europe and recognise the highest-performing partners from a variety of categories. Each category featured three nominees per country from which one winner was selected. The accolade given for Customer Experience recognises Proact’s excellent customer service provided to the organisations’ mutual customers. The Excellence in Data Center Sales award acknowledges the extensive achievements of Proact’s sales of data centre storage solutions from Dell Technologies.

Over a successful twenty-year-long partnership with Dell Technologies, Proact has grown to be a Titanium-level partner — the highest partnership status level granted. Dell Technologies has recognised Proact with multiple awards throughout the duration of the organisations’ partnership, most recently with its award for Channel Services Delivery Excellence in 2020.
