Proact signs framework agreement with the city of Gothenburg
Proact has signed a four-year agreement with Göteborgs Stad – the city of Gothenburg – for consultancy services in the Infrastructure and Communication sub-area. The framework agreement applies to Göteborgs Stad, surrounding municipalities, municipal companies and foundations in western Sweden.
The new framework agreement can be used by ten municipalities and several municipal companies and foundations in western Sweden. The total contract value is estimated to SEK 1.2 billion over the contract period, of which the Infrastructure and Communication sub-area is estimated at 10%.
Proact is one of seven suppliers who qualified through the tender. The contract will enter into force on 1 December 2022 and will run for 48 months.
The purpose of the framework contract is to secure the authorities' needs for IT consultancy services with a range of suppliers who have expertise in the respective sub-area.
