Proact was named Reseller of the Year 2012
Proact, the biggest independent storage integrator in Europe, was named Reseller of the Year 2012 based on a survey, which was carried out among IT hardware and software manufacturers and wholesalers. Among other things, Proact was considered the best business in the field with regard to its quality image and expertise. The strength of the Proact brand also rose to the top three.
People who work in business and sales management at IT vendors and IT distributors in Finland participated in the survey, which was carried out in October. A total of 445 responses were received from 119 different businesses, organisations and departments. The survey was designed by Tivi, Mikro PC and Mext Oy.
According to the results, Proact was considered the partner with the highest quality deliveries as well as the best quality image and customer service.
Images, such as a good history and reputation as well as first class expertise and skills, were associated with the company’s brand. The respondents also valued Proact’s way of continuously building and developing its collaboration with customers. It was also praised for sensible and well-considered expansion into new markets.
Proact is currently operating in 13 countries, and it is the biggest company in Europe that focuses purely on storage and cloud services. Its strategic aim is to operate in all significant European countries.
