Report from the Extraordinary General Meeting of Proact IT Group AB (publ)

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Proact IT Group AB (publ) was held on 5 November 2020 as stated in the notice to attend.

The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved, in accordance with the Board’s proposal, on a dividend of SEK 2.50 per share. The record date was set to 9 November 2020. The dividend is expected to be paid out to shareholders on 12 November 2020.

Eva Elmstedt, Chairman of the Company, acted as Chairman at the Extraordinary General Meeting.
