Tebodin chooses Proact to supply a Riverbed WAN optimisation solution
Tebodin, an international consulting and engineering firm, has chosen Proact to supply a WAN optimisation solution based on Riverbed Technology. As a premium reseller, Proact will supply Riverbed Steelheads to Tebodin’s various country divisions.
Tebodin uses Riverbed Steelheads for WAN direction locations, where bandwidth is scarce. Such locations include countries in the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific region. These ensure optimal speed of applications and data across Tebodin’s networks at the lowest possible cost. In addition to entrusting Proact with the supply of Riverbed Steelheads, Tebodin gave preference to Proact because of its expertise and international presence. Proact will also manage international support for the Stealheads and provide advice to Tebodin in order to ensure that its WAN is able to grow optimally as Tebodin develops.
“By opting for Proact, Tebodin has secured access to best-in-class, innovative products and services”, says Lucas den Os, Managing Director of Proact Netherlands. Proact has supplied Riverbed WAN optimisation systems for more than 8 years. These systems enable organisations to achieve robust performance improvements on existing long-distance connections for such purposes as remote file serving, storage consolidation, disaster recovery, server and desktop, video and many more. We are looking forward to a successful partnership with Tebodin.
