Changes to Probi’s Nomination Committee

At the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Probi AB, the Probi Nomination Committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2022 was appointed. The Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund has informed that Marianne Flink will replace Jannis Kitsakis as a member of the Nomination Committee, representing the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund.

The Nomination Committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2022 will henceforth consist of Heinz-Jürgen Bertram (representing Symrise), Monica Åsmyr (representing Swedbank Robur funds), Marianne Flink (representing the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund) and Bengt Jeppsson (representing minor shareholders).
