Probi’s Chairman of the Board resigns at his own request

Probi’s Chairman, Peter Zakrisson, resigns at his own request from Probi’s Board of Directors in order to focus entirely on his role as CEO of Dacke Group Nordic.

Peter Zakrisson has been Probi’s Chairman of the Board since 2002 and a member of the Board since 2001.

The Board has appointed Mats Lidgard, who has been a member of the Board since 2004, as Chairman of the Board until the Annual General Meeting on May 6th, 2009. The summons to the Annual General Meeting will contain the Nomination Committee’s proposal regarding the composition of the Board.
