Change in the number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang following conversion

The number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) has changed due to conversion of 9 600 class A shares to 9 600 class B shares.

Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In October 2019, 9 600 class A shares have been converted into 9 600 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.

After the conversion, as of 09/30 2019, the total number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) amounted to 24 555 677 shares and 73 304 393 votes, respectively. 5 416 524 of these shares are class A shares, representing 54 165 240 votes, and 19 139 153 are class B shares, representing 19 139 153 votes.
