Investment in direct field force will improve speed of response to domestic call outs

Viessmann, a leading international manufacturer of heating systems, has expanded its direct field force for domestic installations by adding four new dedicated service engineers. Supported by new, striking, Viessmann-liveried Vauxhall Vivaro vans, the expanded team will improve the company’s geographic coverage and responsiveness to customer issues.

The new engineers are all Viessmann employees who will work exclusively on Viessmann products. Not only will they be able to respond to call-outs more quickly, but they can replace more components on the spot as the vehicles will carry large quantities of spare parts.

“The Viessmann team works tirelessly to support its heating installations across all fuel types and applications, responding to the needs of both installers and homeowners nationwide. Enlisting the additional support of the dedicated service engineers is a tangible sign of our commitment to backing up our excellent, quality products with reliable servicing. This expansion will give installers and end-users additional confidence in the full Viessmann ownership experience,” says Graham Russell, Viessmann managing director.
