Q-Free – New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices of 2 and 3 November 2011.  

 

The new shares issued in the private placement in Q-Free ASA are now registered in the Register of Business Enterprises http://www.brreg.no/english/registers/business/.

The share capital in the company is now NOK 25,175,919.22 with a total number of shares of 66,252,419, each with par value NOK 0.38. It is expected that the new shares will be registered on each subscribers VPS account today, and that the new shares will be tradable on the Oslo Stock Exchange from today, 10 November 2011.
