Quartr’s technology makes it incredibly easy for research analysts, investors, and IR professionals to dial into company conference calls, skip straight to Q&A and browse associated corporate presentations. By natively integrating all this technology into Smartkarma’s desktop and mobile apps, we have unlocked seamless access to first-party information from public companies. Smartkarma network members will now be able to listen to company calls while reading insights or researching on entity pages of over thousands of publicly listed companies globally. This sits squarely with our tech-first approach towards uniting investors, insight providers, and issuers on one network.

Easy access to stock market data is crucial for new and experienced investors alike — to build out their investment strategies and successfully carry them out over the years. Historically, earnings calls and the discussions within them have not been easily accessible for retail investors; yet keeping up with companies’ quarterly results is a key part of staying up to date with your portfolio performance. We are excited to partner with Quartr and bring earnings calls, as well as reports and transcripts, into the Lightyear app for our customers all across Europe.

We are very pleased to announce this Europe-focused partnership with Lightyear just a week after signing a deal with Sweden’s largest online broker. We spend literally hundreds of hours studying Investor Relations material in our day-to-day operations, and therefore believe we have a very unique perspective. Consequently, we are introducing Quartr IR Awards, with the purpose of honoring IR departments who dare to think outside the box. This year’s Awards are split into six different categories, but all are judged on the same principles; innovation, clarity, transparency, and overall quality.
