QuickCool is one of the 70 members that has joined this association to date. The purpose of the SME-Sweden Association is to "safeguard, promote and pursue key and fundamental issues that affect small companies and their listings on the Swedish market places".
”The day-to-day situation for small companies that are listed has changed with new rules and regulations that affect everyday life significantly and makes it more complex and risky for both companies and its representatives. Most often new regulations are implemented based on the large companies without considering the needs of the smaller companies' situations and conditions. Declining trading volumes for smaller companies is also a challenge. The Association will improve the situation for SME companies in Sweden."

During the first week of April Jim Hansson started his employment as Director of Operations at QuickCool. As previously mentioned, Jim is an experienced production planner and will contribute with his many years of experience in sourcing, production planning, process and optimization issues.
Joakim Nilsson was replaced as CTO by Håkan Erlandsson. Håkan has extensive knowledge and experience from many years within the MedTech both at Baxter and various senior management positions at three different consultancy companies.
Jim and Håkan are instrumental in our efforts to strengthen our organization and corporate structure, where we phase out consultants and replace them with our own, dedicated resources.
