Rabbalshede Kraft publishes prospectus
The Board of Directors of Rabbalshede Kraft has prepared a prospectus regarding the forthcoming rights issue of the Company's B-shares. The prospectus has today, 2019-08-21, been approved and registered by Finansinspektionen. Due to regulatory requirements, the prospectus presents new financial information that has not previously been disclosed.
As of 2019-08-20, the Annual General Meeting has decided to carry out a rights issue of 20,814,123 B shares to the company's existing shareholders, which corresponds to an amount of SEK 197.7 million before issue costs.
The decided rights issue is primarily aimed at financing wind power projects.
At full subscription, the company will receive SEK 197.7 million before issue costs.

The prospectus shows Rabbalshede Kraft AB's capital structure, net debt and balance sheet items as of June 30, 2019. This is due to regulatory requirements which stipulate that financial information regarding the capital structure must not be older than 90 days at the time of publication of the prospectus. The financial info below has not previously been published. The information has not been audited by the company's auditor.
