The subscription period for the rights issue in Rabbalshede Kraft AB (publ) has expired. A total of 20,814,123 B shares were subscribed for at a price of SEK 9.50. The Company has allocated SEK 197.7 million before issue costs.On August 20, 2019, Rabbalshede Kraft announced that the Board of Directors decided, with the support of the authorization granted at the Extraordinary General Meeting on August 20, 2019, to carry out a rights issue.
