Rabbalshede Kraft publishes prospectus supplement

The Board of Directors of Rabbalshede Kraft has prepared a prospectus supplement regarding the forthcoming rights issue of the Company's B-shares. The prospectus supplement has today, 2019-08-30, been approved and registered by Finansinspektionen. The supplementary prospectus presents information from the company's interim report as of June 30, 2019, which was published the day after the main prospectus was released.
