Rabbalshede Kraft receives SEK 197.7 million in rights issue

The subscription period for the rights issue in Rabbalshede Kraft AB (publ) has expired. A total of 20,814,123 B shares were subscribed for at a price of SEK 9.50. The Company has allocated SEK 197.7 million before issue costs.

On August 20, 2019, Rabbalshede Kraft announced that the Board of Directors decided, with the support of the authorization granted at the Extraordinary General Meeting on August 20, 2019, to carry out a rights issue.

The offer included a maximum of 20,814,123 B shares at a price of SEK 9.50. The issue is fully subscribed and oversubscribed with 194,620 shares. Payment of the shares subscribed for in the rights issue in addition to preferential rights must have been made no later than Tuesday, September 24, 2019, after which the shares will be registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. After the issue, the total number of shares in Rabbalshede Kraft amounts to 180,922,759.
