Railcare has renewed the framework contract with Network Rail
Railcare has signed a new 2-years framework agreement with Network Rail. Network Rail has overall responsibility for the construction and maintenance of large parts of the UK rail network.
The new framework agreement is essentially the same as before. All of Network Rails’ departments and five geographical regions can use the framework contract and generate continuous call-off orders. The framework contract does not contain any restrictions or guarantees for either delivery volume or turnover. The pricing has been adjusted to some extent, and Network Rail can now call of Railcare's machines directly in its own vehicle system, NROL, which simplifies for the customer.
“The railway in UK is central for sustainable passenger and freight transport, and we see that Railcare can fulfill an important function in the existing maintenance needs. I am pleased that Network Rail appreciates our products and services, and we are looking forward to continued and simplified collaboration.” says Mattias Remahl, CEO Railcare Group AB.
