Raisio's Financial Reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2022

RAISIO’S FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2022 

Raisio plc will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin for 2021 on Wednesday 9 February 2022 at approximately 8:30 a.m. Finnish time (EET).

The Annual review, which includes the Financial Statements and the Board of Directors' Report, and the Corporate Responsibility Report for 2021 will be published in week 11/2022. 

The publication dates of Raisio’s financial reports for 2022 are as follows: 

  • Interim Report for January-March on Wednesday, 4 May 2022
  • Half-Year Financial Report for January-June on Wednesday, 3 August 2022 
  • Interim Report for January-September on Wednesday, 2 November 2022

The financial reports will be published at approximately 8:30 a.m. Finnish time (EET).

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday 12 April 2022. The Board of Directors will summon the Annual General Meeting at a later date. A shareholder has the right to request a matter on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting on the basis of Chapter 5, Section 5 of the Companies Act. The proposal accompanied by justification and a draft resolution shall be made in writing and delivered no later than Monday 28 February, 2022 to Raisio plc, Attn. Secretary of the Board, P.O. Box 101 (Raisionkaari 55), FI-21201 Raisio, Finland or by e-mail to osakaspalvelu@raisio.com.
