Update of CEO transition in Ranplan Group AB (publ)

Last week Ranplan Group AB appointed Jie Zhang as interim CEO. Following a review of Professor Zhang’s availability, the board of directors of Ranplan Group AB has decided to instead appoint current board member Per Lindberg as interim CEO effective 1 September 2019.

Both Professor Jie Zhang and Per Lindberg will remain members of the board.

As previously communicated the current CEO Alastair Williamson will relinquish his role as CEO effective 1 September and thereafter be appointed as new member of the board – subject to approval by an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).
