Annual General Meeting of Ratos 1999 Today's Annual General Meeting of Ratos set the dividend at SEK 3.50 per share, an increase of 17 per cent. Arne Karlsson, President of Ratos, was elected a Board Member. Lars Bern did not stand for re-election. The Auditors were reappointed. The Board of Director's proposal for amendment of the Articles of Associaltion and the Board's proposal for issuing warrants to be acquired by key staff were approved by the AGM. The Ratos Board of Directors consists of Olof Stenhammar (Chairman), Peggy Bruzelius, Harry Faulkner, Göran Grosskopf, Mikael Lilius, Lars Söderberg, Sven Söderberg and Arne Karlsson (President). Hans Karlsson and Gunnar Widhagen are Auditors, and Roland Nilsson and Torbjörn Hanson Deputy Auditors. The Annual General Meeting decided certain amendments of the Articles of Association owing to changes in the Companies Act. The AGM also approved the Board of Director's proposal to issue promissory notes with warrant attached for subscription of new shares and transfer of warrants to key staff in Ratos. A total of up to 530,000 warrants will be issued or transferred.
