ARNE KARLSSON BECOMES NEW PRESIDENT OF RATOS Arne Karlsson has been appointed new President of Förvaltnings AB Ratos. Arne Karlsson is 40 years old and currently Head Analyst of the Atle Group and President of Business Sector Atle Mergers & Acquisitions. Previously, Arne Karlsson worked in the Olle Hartwig AB Group, Aktiv Placering within S-E- Banken and in the Stockholm School of Economics. Arne Karlsson is expected to take up his position as President of Ratos at the turn of year. Thomas Mossberg will continue as Acting President of Ratos until that date. "We have searched the market systematically and I am delighted that we have got the very best candidate.
