HEAD OF INFORMATION APPOINTED AT RATOS Today Anna-Karin Eliasson has been appointed Head of Information of Förvaltnings AB Ratos. Since 1993 she has been Investor Relations Officer at FöreningsSparbanken (Swedbank). Anna-Karin will take up her new position in September. "During the past year Ratos has refocused its operations towards an active ownership strategy with holdings predominantly in non-listed companies. As a result, the focus is now on adding shareholder value through the acquisition, development and sale of companies. Meanwhile, the share of listed stocks in Ratos' portfolio will be reduced. With the new strategy we have identified the further need of a focused communications strategy which actively supports the Company´s operations.
