Interim Report January- March 1999 * Ratos' and EQT's offer for all shares in Dahl accepted. * Offer from Balder for Ratos' holding in PriFast accepted. * Eight small investments in development companies divested. * Listing of Capona and Telelogic. * Result before taxes for the first quarter amouned to SEK 724M (370). * Net asset value amounted to SEK 95 per share at 31 March 1999, an increase of 13 per cent from the turn of the year.
