Ratos divests air forwarding company in the far east

RATOS DIVESTS AIR FORWARDING COMPANY IN THE FAR EAST Ratos has divested a small air forwarding company in Singapore which also has operations in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. The company, which is linked with Ratos' active holding in Air Cargo Express, has 40 employees and sales of SEK 60M. In 1998, the company reported a result of SEK -3M. The sale results in a small capital loss. The company's collaboration with Air Cargo Express will continue following the sale.
